Yearly maintenance contract:
-Visit propety every second week.
-Additional visits due to bad weather.
-Additional visits due to alterations.
-Urgent small repairs.
-Escorted deliveries.
-Winterization.
-Use of office facilities and equipment.
-Mail, fax and telephone message service.
-Payment of propety-related bills (Depending on type of property, a deposit will be required. This to be agreed with owner).
